RETURNS

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For an order to be eligible for return, customers must provide the receipt and the items must be in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, clean, in original packaging with all original labels and tags. Items labeled PREORDER, MADE TO ORDER or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

 

To request a return, contact shop@eilien.world. Our team must review and authorize the return before the item is shipped back. The customer must include the RA# (return authorization number) clearly on the package.

The customer must provide the tracking information to our team in order to confirm delivery.  EILIEN is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with their shipping company for any incidents of lost or damaged items.

 

 

INSPECTION

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned items to ensure that they are in sellable condition: unworn, unused, clean, in original packaging with all original labels and tags. Items that are not in sellable condition will not be accepted.

 

 

REFUND

Our team will notify the customer if the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved for refund, please contact shop@eilien.world.

 

 

EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. The customer must return the existing order and place a new order.
