SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed. Processing may take longer during launches, special events and holidays. Orders with multiple items (including preorder and made to order items) will not ship until all items are ready to ship. TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that tracking status will not be updated until the shipping company picks up and processes the package.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery from the date the package is picked up by the shipping company. Shipping delays may occur during weekends, holidays or otherwise extenuating circumstances such as extreme weather, natural catastrophe, public health crisis, war, etc.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. EILIEN is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional delivery or storage fees caused by providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are delivered DAP to the address and contact provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs and any related fees or fines imposed by the local government. EILIEN is not responsible for the payment or refund of any duties, taxes, tariffs and any related fees or fines.
